摘要：文化遺產是人類在漫長歷史上遺留下來的精神財富和文化瑰寶。中華文化之博大精深，主要體現于留存下來的各種有形或無形的文化遺產之中。在新時代新征程上，要以習近平文化思想為指引，努力做好文化遺產保護與傳承。文化遺產保護與傳承是當今世界文化領域面臨的重大挑戰和機遇。隨著全球化和城鎮化的加速，人們在追求現代化的同時，也面臨文化多樣性和傳承的危機。如何保護和傳承文化遺產既是建設中華民族現代文明的重要內容，也是全球共同關注的熱點問題。

文化遺產，既包括具有紀念性的可移動文物和不可移動文物，也包括具有典范性的文物，以及體現文化多樣性的非物質文化遺產。本書圍繞文化遺產保護與傳承構建起規范的分析框架，形成學理化的思想表達和對中國經驗普遍意義的科學闡釋，并根據建設社會主義文化強國的目標、特征與本質要求，確立其價值導向和目標體系，還在借鑒各國普遍經驗和立足中國具體國情的基礎上，從主體、客體、載體、制度、機制、效果等不同維度出發，構建系統性的文化遺產保護與傳承體系。

數字技術正在讓文化遺產“活起來”，讓傳統文化以多媒體、交互性和個性化的方式呈現出來，傳統文化的生命力被極大激活，很好地滿足了當代社會對文化的多樣化需求，為歷史文化增添時代價值與社會意義。為此，要發揮政府在文化遺產數字化保護中的主導作用，強化制度保障，推動數字技術的法制化進程，避免損害文化遺產珍貴的歷史文化價值。加強數字文物保護、數字文物修復等技術研發，提高數字文物的展示和保護水平。高度重視數字賦能非物質文化遺產保護利用。深化數字場景應用，開發虛擬現實（VR）、增強現實（AR）等技術在文化遺產游覽中的應用，將數字技術應用于各個環節，包括門票預訂、導覽解說、展品展示等，提高游客的參觀體驗。通過VR、AR等技術手段，還原歷史場景，幫助游客更好地理解和感受文化遺產的價值。

在全球化日益深入的背景下，需要積極學習國外的先進技術并借鑒其優秀的實踐案例，真正實現數字技術突破時間、空間等限制，促進文化遺產保護與傳承的目標，推動全球優秀文化遺產資源共享。只有世界各國共同合作，綜合利用各類數字技術并共享資源，才能更好地保護與傳承優秀文化遺產，為共建人類命運共同體注入文化遺產力量。

Abstract: Cultural heritage is the spiritual wealth and cultural treasures left behind by human beings in the long history.The profoundness of Chinese culture is mainly reflected in various tangible or intangible cultural heritage that has been preserved.In the new era and journey,we should take Xi Jinping Thought on Culture as the guide and strive to do a good job in the protection and inheritance of cultural heritage.The protection and inheritance of cultural heritage is a major challenge and opportunity in the world cultural field today.With the acceleration of globalization and urbanization,people are facing crises of cultural diversity and inheritance while pursuing modernization.How to protect and inherit cultural heritage is not only an important content of building a modern civilization of the Chinese nation,but also a hot issue of global concern.

Cultural heritage includes both movable and immovable objects with commemorative significance,as well as typical cultural relics and intangible cultural heritages that reflect cultural diversity.This book builds a normative analytical framework around the protection and inheritance of cultural heritage,forming academic ideological expression and scientific interpretation of the general significance of Chinese experience.According to the goals,characteristics,and essential requirements of building a country with a strong socialist culture,it establishes its value orientation and target system.Based on learning from the general experience of various countries and China's specific national conditions,it constructs a systematic protection and inheritance system for cultural heritage from different dimensions such as subject,object,carrier,institution,mechanism,and effect.

Digital technology is making cultural heritage“come alive”.Traditional culture is presented in a multimedia,interactive,and personalized way,and its vitality is greatly activated.It meets the diverse cultural needs of contemporary society and adds time value and social significance to historical culture.To this end,we should give play to the leading role of the government in protection of digitization of cultural heritage,strengthen institutional guarantees,promote the legalization of digital technology,and avoid damaging the precious historical and cultural value of cultural heritage.We should strengthen research and development in digital protection of cultural relics,digital restoration of cultural relics,and other technologies,and improve the level of digital display and protection of cultural relics.We highly value the application and utilization of digital technology in the protection of intangible cultural heritage.Deepen the application of digital scenarios,develop VR and AR-based tours for cultural heritage,apply digital technology to all links,including ticket booking,guide interpretation,exhibit display,etc.,to enhance the experience of tourist visits.Through VR、AR and other technical means,restore historical scenes to help tourists better understand and appreciate the value of cultural heritage.

Against the backdrop of deepening globalization,it is necessary to actively learn foreign advanced technologies and draw on their excellent practical cases to truly achieve the goal of breaking through time and space restrictions with digital technology to promote the protection and inheritance of cultural heritage,promote global resource sharing of outstanding cultural heritage.Only when countries around the world work together,comprehensively utilize various digital technologies and share resources,can we better protect and inherit out standing cultural heritage,injecting cultural heritage power into building a community with a shared future for mankind.
