第二節 接待服務常用英語
接待服務的內容包括為客人提供接待、預訂、問詢、結賬等服務。在任何工作時間,服務人員都應提供主動、熱情、耐心、細致、準確、高效的服務,竭誠服務,殷勤待客,嚴格執行酒店各項服務標準,努力樹立酒店良好的品牌和公眾形象。
