第三節 禮賓服務常用英語
禮賓部是前臺部的一個分部門,它直接負責代表酒店迎送每一位客人,為客人搬運行李及行李的寄存服務,此外,還負責客人車輛的安排,整理客人的郵件及整個酒店的報紙和郵件的派送。
禮賓部的工作滲透于其他各項服務之中,缺少這項工作,會直接影響酒店內部溝通以及酒店對外的聲譽與形象。客人入住酒店第一個接觸的部門便是禮賓部,而離店時最后所接觸的也是禮賓部,所以,禮賓部是酒店前臺的門面,禮賓部服務人員的言行、舉止都直接代表著酒店的形象。
