The long-term coexistence of "education without theory" and "theory without education" has something to do with people's understanding of the connotation of education theory.Knowledge originates in practice,and it will also react on practice.Therefore,it is necessary to discuss the issue of educational theory from the theoretical demand of accelerating the reform of educational practice.
The core of educational practice reform is the profound change of educational practice view.Educational practice is no longer simply understood as a productive activity of technical application of educational theory,but a kind of human action of communication and mutual achievement by words and actions.As a kind of reflective practice focusing on inquiry,trial and error,and adjustment,only by constantly breaking through the quality limitations of educators in words and actions,can we effectively improve the content and form of communication and create a better growth environment for the educated in response to the change of situation.
Through the professional way to obtain information,according to their own cognitive framework,the educational practice has been professionally processed by information technology,and a set of linguistic cognitive conclusions has been drawn.Then,try to win the attention of practitioners with this set of conclusions,so as to affect the educational practice.Such educational theory has been difficult to reveal the inner vitality of education.Only by participating in the practical activities of promoting human development with their own words and actions,participating in the process of reflective practice and realizing the rational dialogue between the existing experience and the practical experience,their own experience and the experience of others,can we continuously generate a rational force in language and action that can promote the reform of education.
This means that from the educational world in language to the educational world in action,we should change the deep thinking mode of subjects and highlight the value of human action in educational theory.The epistemological way of thinking regards educational practice as a pure cognitive object,which provides people with a rational grasp in the framework of professional thinking in the form of language.It constantly enriches the theoretical perspective of cognitive education,but it is unable to obtain the practical wisdom of changing education by action.The way of thinking of existentialism tries to control the theory of disciplinary education with epistemology as the core and reconstruct a view of educational theory oriented to practice.That is to say,no matter what kind of method,no matter in the form of language or action,as long as it can promote the development of human beings in the micro sense and the reform of educational practice in the macro sense,it is the educational theory that can meet the needs of educational practice reform.
