2020年，全球新興產業仍然保持著較高的增長趨勢，規模不斷發展壯大，世界新興產業前沿技術研究不斷取得新突破，人工智能、生物醫療、新材料領域技術研發取得重要進展，全球合作不斷深化，合作機制日益多元化，新興產業開始融合滲透到其他產業鏈，其融合廣度和深度不斷加強。

2020年，我國政府不斷優化政策環境，進一步扶持新興產業發展，2020年1—11月，規模以上戰略性新興服務業企業營業收入同比增長8.6%，增速高于規模以上服務業7個百分點，新興產業發展空間繼續拓展。全國各地區新興產業整體發展態勢良好，東部地區新興產業繼續快速增長并保持領先，其余各地區新興產業穩步前進。中國技術創新能力不斷增強，多個戰略性新興產業取得重大技術突破。新興產業及代表企業持續發力，市場地位繼續提升。

展望2021年，新興產業集群與都市圈發展并進，成為地方經濟增長的重要引擎。新材料產業的戰略地位不斷提高，與其他產業之間的融合不斷加深。新興產業領域國際競爭與合作并存。“十四五”時期，戰略性新興產業將成為我國現代經濟體系建設的新支柱，是破解經濟社會發展不平衡、不充分難題的關鍵產業。戰略性新興產業集群以提升產業創新能力、堅持開放融合發展為發展方向，以筑牢產業安全體系、破解產業發展“卡脖子”問題為核心任務，提高新興產業集群現代化治理能力，推動集群內大中小企業協同發展，構建戰略性新興產業集群創新共同體，完善新興產業集群公共服務體系建設。

In 2020,the Chinese government continue to optimize the policy environment and further support the development of emerging industries.From January to November 2020,the operating revenue of strategic emerging service industry enterprises above Designated Size grow by 8.6 percent year on year,7 percentage points higher than that of service industry enterprises above Designated Size,and the development space of emerging industries continue to expand.The overall development trend of emerging industries in various regions of the country is good,the eastern region continues to grow rapidly and remains in the lead,while the emerging industries in other regions are advancing steadily.Chinese technological innovation capability has been continuously enhanced,and a number of strategic emerging industries have made major technological breakthroughs.Emerging industries and representative enterprises continue to make efforts,and their market position continues to improve.
