領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的必備素質(zhì)——接受新技術(shù)
要在數(shù)字時代的競賽中占得鰲頭,作為指導(dǎo)原則,參賽者的目光必須放得足夠遠(yuǎn),且認(rèn)識到終點會不斷前移,如此才算是真正準(zhǔn)備就緒。古典式的策略規(guī)劃多為3年或5年期策略,再加上貫徹策略目標(biāo)所需的行動計劃。但對于以技術(shù)接受為策略的組織而言,其變革領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者倡導(dǎo)的策略規(guī)劃和目標(biāo)必須要讓組織準(zhǔn)備好應(yīng)對數(shù)字時代的挑戰(zhàn)。規(guī)劃者需要針對戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)設(shè)立帶時限的子目標(biāo),并根據(jù)其達(dá)成與否或技術(shù)變更情況時刻加以調(diào)整修改。其還應(yīng)運(yùn)用技術(shù)接受的變革管理戰(zhàn)術(shù),讓組織準(zhǔn)備就緒,努力達(dá)成所設(shè)定的目標(biāo)。
本書給出的變革管理戰(zhàn)術(shù)對于如何讓策略規(guī)劃迎合現(xiàn)代形勢的問題給出了明確建議。技術(shù)接受策略要求對組織的職能能力進(jìn)行細(xì)致觀察,從而不斷創(chuàng)造出價值,不管身處當(dāng)下還是變化莫測的未來。一種全新的、高水平且永久性的變革管理職能可支持變革的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者欣然接納數(shù)字時代技術(shù),并對自己的工作行為加以調(diào)整以適應(yīng)這些技術(shù)。通過涉及變革設(shè)想、治理、投身、培訓(xùn)和衡量的相應(yīng)戰(zhàn)術(shù)演繹,可確保組織在接納—適應(yīng)戰(zhàn)略矩陣中正向移動,從而占據(jù)技術(shù)層面的更有利位置。
