7 Coal Handling System
7.1 Basic Requirement
7.1.1 The design of coal handling system of a newly-built fossil fired power plant shall be planned comprehensively taking into account the construction scale of the current phase,planning capacity,coal type,coalconsumption,incomingcoaltransportationmode,unittype,localmeteorologicaland environmental conditions.It may be built either in phases or once for all.
7.1.2 The design of coal handling system of an extended fossil fired power plant shall make full use of the existing facilities and equipment and shall be in harmony with the existing systems.
