作者簡介

羅秉祥教授(Ping-cheung Lo)：美國留學獲取兩個博士學位：道德哲學（美國紐約州立大學布法羅分校，State University of New York at Buffalo）、宗教倫理學（耶魯大學， Yale University）。自1990年起任教于香港浸會大學宗教及哲學系，現為教授，曾任系主任7年，文學院副院長4年。2004年至今出任應用倫理學研究中心主任。研究領域包括中西比較生命倫理學、中西比較戰爭倫理學、比較宗教倫理學等。被選為美國The Journal of Religious Ethics (A&HCI) 編委(2012—2018年)，曾任《臺灣大學哲學論評》編委（2007—2011年），現任北京大學《哲學門》編委（2004年至今）。近年編著包括The Common Good in the 21st Century: A Sino-American Dialogue, co-edited (Dordrecht: Springer, 2013); Ritual and the Moral Life: Reclaiming the Tradition, co-edited (Dordrecht: Springer, 2012)；“Confucian Ethic of Death with Dignity and Its Contemporary Relevance,”in Applied Ethics: A Multicultural Approach, 5th ed., edited by Larry May, Kai Wong, and Jill Delston (Upper Saddle River, N.J.: Prentice Hall, 2011);《耶儒對談：問題在哪里？》，上下冊，廣西師范大學出版社，2010。

陳強立博士 (Jonathan Chan)：香港中文大學（Chinese University of Hong Kong）哲學博士，香港浸會大學應用倫理學研究中心副主任、宗教及哲學系副教授，并兼任《中外醫學哲學》期刊編輯。研究領域包括比較（中西）應用倫理學（生命倫理學、戰爭倫理學及環境倫理學）、人權思想、思考方法學及邏輯哲學等。近年發表有關倫理學/應用倫理學的論文包括：“Classical Confucianism, Punitive Expeditions, and Humanitarian Intervention,”Co-author: Sumner B. 張穎博士 (Ellen Zhang)：美國萊斯大學 (Rice University)宗教哲學博士。曾執教于美國費城的天普大學 (Temple University)宗教系。現執教于香港浸會大學宗教及哲學系，浸會大學應用倫理學中心研究員及《中外醫學哲學》期刊主編。同時，張博士為美國國際生命倫理學 (Bioethics International’s World Council)特邀會員，美國哲學家協會 (APA)會員，以及北美中國哲學家 (ACPA)會員和ACPA編輯顧問委員會會員。其研究領域包括中國哲學（老莊及佛學中觀）、比較宗教哲學和應用倫理學。近年有關倫理學/應用倫理學的論文包括“‘Weapons Are Nothing but Ominous Instruments’: The Daodejing’s View on War and Peace,”Journal of Religious Ethics, Vol. 3, 2012; “Givenness: An Ethical Dimension of Jean-Luc Marion’s Theology of Gift and the Buddhist Principle of Dāna,”CTSG Journal, No. 50， 2011； “Community, the Common Good, and Public Healthcare: Confucianism and its Relevance to Contemporary China,”Public Health Ethics, Vol. 3, No. 3, 2010等。
