句型“may/might as well……as……”的標準形式是“主語+may as well+動詞原形+喻體+as+動詞原形+本體”，本句型是一個比較特殊的連接本體與喻體的句型。句中的“may”和“might”沒有過去和現(xiàn)在之分，“as”所引導的本體有時可以省略，“might as well”比“may as well”更加委婉。翻譯為“與……一樣”。

Tips

“as well as”有“還有”“不但……而且”“和……一樣”的意思。例如：She finishes the task as well as I.我完成了任務，她也完成了。My new car is as well as yours.我的新車像你的一樣好。
