Lesson 33　What……，that……正如……，……也……

句型“What……，that……”的標準形式是“What+喻體，that+本體”。該句型也是用來引導比喻句的。句中“what”是連詞用來引導喻體，意思是“猶如、好比”，翻譯時不可以把前后句顛倒而錯意。翻譯為“正如……，……也……”“正如……一樣”。

與該句型用法相同的句型是“（Just）As+喻體，so+本體”。句中“just”只是起到了強調的作用，可以省略。此外該句型的主句部分還可使用倒裝結構。例如：Just as you sow, so will you reap.種瓜得瓜，種豆得豆。
