Lesson 22　The……，the……越……越……

本句型中“the”不是冠詞，前一個“the”是關系副詞，連接從句，后一個是指示副詞，連接主句，兩者前后呼應主句。如為將來時，位于主句前的從句可以用現在進行時代替將來時。后面的成分與前句有相同的部分時可省略。翻譯為“越……越……”或“愈……愈……”。

Tips

“比較級+and+比較級”也表示“越來越……”，與這類結構搭配的常用動詞有grow、get、become等。例如：Your company is becoming stronger and stronger.你的公司變得越來越強大。
