?Is your manager avaiIabIe?“您的經理有空嗎？”這句話雖是多用在打電話找人時，但用在親自拜訪時也行。avaiIabIe這個詞在銷售上很好用，例如：It is stiII avaiIabIe.（那個東西尚未賣出，仍然有貨。）We have severaI modeIs avaiIabIe.（我們賣數種機型，皆有現貨。）。

?I am hoping to speak with you.的句型是超級業務員必須具備的。一般人在表示“希望”做某件事時，很容易說成I hope，但作為一個以達成銷售目標為目的的業務，隨時都要運用積極的手段。I am hoping不是I hope的現在進行式，而是表示“強烈的期待”，暗示對方體諒該種期待的熱切而伸出援手，通常用I am hoping的句型，對方大都會幫忙。這就是英語的奧妙，精通與不精通，關系業績成敗！
