Abstract: The medical industry has the attribution of public goods, it is necessary for the government to carry out the regulation policy. The medical industry's government regulation is mainly controlled by the health department, including market access control, price control and quality control. However, due to the medical industry also have the property of marketing, in the development of our country's medical and health industry, the scope of government regulation in different stages has a huge difference, Aiming at the problems in the process of regulation, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the government regulation in the medical industry.
