坐落于臺中七期的精銳市政廳，周邊各類生活設施齊全，交通便捷，地處豪宅聚集，百貨公司、美食餐廳林立的黃金地段。緊鄰“市政中心”，凸顯本案的價值及獨特性。

樣品屋空間風格以低調奢華為基調，融合成功人士的住家與私人招待所的概念為空間設想。打破傳統隔間墻的作法，重新思考空間的可能性和極大值，以開放、穿透的手法，并用家具隔間的概念將原有的四個房間重新定義分配，進而將室內空間極致化。全區壁面材質使用鋼刷木皮涂裝，不銹鋼鍍鈦踢腳板與天花溝縫造型收邊，帶出空間的延續性。進入室內便能了解細節的精致處理，感受空間的張力與層次感。藝術品的呈現加深了本案的設計深度及藝術涵養。

1．客廳、彈性空間、收藏室

客廳、彈性空間與餐廳空間緊密結合形成開放式的起居及宴客空間。在數位自動化科技的整合下，三個空間有著各自不同的生活功能。客廳的自動拉門，提供了視聽影音與藝術鑒賞的舒適空間，而且又很方便。宛如室內花園涼亭的彈性空間，在天花水晶玻璃裝置的點綴下，成了男主人的品酒房，女主人插花、午茶聊天的小天地。宛如精致家具般的高柜造型，淡化了空間壓迫感，同時將視線延伸到了收藏室空間。穿過感應式的大面茶鏡自動拉門，再次感受視覺盛宴，牽手科技。陳列空間豐富的收藏室，提供了閱讀、古玩把玩與暫時休憩的舒適空間。

2．餐廳、廚房

開放式的餐廳結合中島與輕食廚房的概念，加上料理設備齊全的高級廚具，不論家庭用餐還是宴客，都像置身于高級餐廳，享有最佳的用餐氣氛。獨立的熱炒區，更能在體驗烹飪樂趣的同時，保持餐廳空間的利落和完整。站在中島，放遠望去，開放式的廚房餐廳結合彈性空間的軸線設計，呈現出一片開放空間。

3．主臥室、衣帽間、主浴室

通過藝術家的壁面裝置，以及與雕塑品結合的門把，讓主臥門口的門框鑲嵌在墻面。與地板顏色相似的木皮由地面延伸至床頭，與天花板造型形成最溫暖舒服的睡眠區。大面積的落地窗外，不但是充足光線的來源，也是屋主私人的小花園。衣帽間隱藏于拉門之中，除了基本的收納，又將屋高特性完全利用，同時兼顧了燈光設計與收藏功能。主臥浴室空間，不論是建材還是設備，都充分顯示豪宅規格。浴室為屋主人提供了盥洗之后可以靜心休息的舒服空間，同時又強調了本案重視的浴室文化。

4．浴室

同樣隱藏于壁面的浴室門片，提供基本的生活功能，同時保障生活的舒適。立體質感的石英磚搭配白色潔凈的麗晶石地板及臺面，大面積的鏡面加上燈光設計，讓有限的客浴空間呈現出不一樣的質感與設計感。

Located in the territorial scope of the 7th phase of Taizhong, Elite Town Hall enjoys a good integrity of supportive facilities. Around the surroundings are convenient transportation, the cluster of luxury housing and department stores, and gourmet restaurants. Additionally, such a gold section is closely adjacent to the civic center, which is bound to highlight the value and uniqueness of the project.

The sample house is dominated by a low-key luxury style, which is made on the basis of a concept that successful people would like to have a hotel-like home. In order to realize such a design concept, the traditional partition wall is abandoned; instead, the possibility and the maximum spatial effects are re-thought through an open and penetrable approach. Additionally, the concept of furniture compartment is employed to redefine the original four rooms, and interior space utilization, which reaches the extreme. Wall coating throughout the space is of steel brush veneer; while skirt boards are made of titanized stainless steel, and ceiling groove joints go along the edge. All together bring out the spatial continuity. The entry would be aware of the fine details as well as the tension and level of space. What's more, the presentation of artworks enforces the depth design and keeps it rich in art.

1. The Living Room, the Flexible Space, and the Storage Space

The space of the living room, the flexible space and the dining room undertake a good integration by digital automation technology. Such three different spaces are endowed with specific functions. The sliding door in the living room is easy and convenient for audio-visual activities and art appreciation; the flexible space really like an indoor garden pavilion, embellished with ceiling crystal glass device, is good for the host to taste wine, and an ideal place for the hostess to arrange flowers or have a tea chat, where a fine high cabinet reduce the space compression sense, and extend view to collection space; the inductive automatic sliding door of a large mirror reveals a feast of vision and technology, while the wealth of collections, of course, provides an open space for reading, resting and antiques appreciating.

2. The Dining Room and the Kitchen

This space is really a good blend of an open living room, a kitchen, and a complete set of kitchenware. Whether having dinner with your family or holding a feast, you would feel like in a fine restaurant with an excellent dining atmosphere. The cooking area is independent and enjoyable, but still keeps neat and complete. Such an open kitchen combined with the axis design of the flexible space presents the possibility of an open space.

3. The Master Bedroom, the Closet and the Main Bathroom

Through wall installations, door handle and sculpture, the entrance doorframe is successfully hidden in the wall. Steel brush veneer with similar color to floor extends from the ground to the head of the bed and ceiling molding, forming a warmest and most comfortable sleeping area; Outside of the French window of varge area is not only the source of adequate light, but also a small garden. Hidden behind the sliding door is the cloakroom with consideration for basic storage and for lighting design and collection function. The main bathroom,whether in terms of building materials and equipment, shows a luxurious specification. Space there is enough not just for bathing, but for resting, which emphasizes the importance of bathroom culture.

4. Bathroom

With door hidden in the wall, the bathroom can meet the requirement of basic life and comfort. The three-dimensional porcelain tile equipped with clean white stone flooring, countertop, and mirror and lighting design, all bring a unique sense of texture and design out of that limited space.
