Jinan Massacre and the Upheaval of the Kuomintang Political Work System

Abstract: There were four great changes in the Kuomintang political work unit subordination system. Each time, the power and work of political organs changed as well. What's more, the political power decreased gradually. The side-effect of Jinan Massacre greatly shook the base of the political work system of Kuomintang Troops, and eventually ended it due to its failing function.
