摘要:2013年習近平主席提出“一帶一路”倡議以來,我國環渤海港口群的大連與青島,長三角港口群的上海與寧波,珠三角港口群的泉州、深圳與??诘绕叽笱睾8劭诤透劭诔鞘忻鎸鴥葒H兩個市場科學確定自身在“一帶一路”建設中的地位,全面制定發展規劃,并根據新的思路采取新的舉措,取得了顯著成就,也積累了成功經驗。這些成就和經驗表明,“一帶一路”建設為港口和港口城市發展提供了理論創新、制度創新方面的機遇,港口和港口城市的發展為“一帶一路”建設提供了實踐創新、技術創新方面的保障。
Abstract: Since Chinese President Xi Jinping proposed“Belt & Road Initiative”in 2013, seven ports and port cities including Dalian and Qingdao in Bohai Bay port cluster, Shanghai and Ningbo in the Yangtze River Delta port group, Quanzhou, Shenzhen and Haikou in the Pearl River Delta port group have scientifically redefined their positions facing both the domestic and international markets in building of“Belt &Road Initiative”. On this basis, these ports and port cities made development plans in a comprehensive way, and have taken new measures according to the new mindset, which enables them to make significant achievements and to accumulate precious experiences. These achievements and experiences indicate that“Belt&Road Initiative”provides opportunities in theoretical and institutional innovation for ports and port cities while their development provide guarantee in practice and technological innovation for the building of“Belt &Road Initiative”.
