陜西地理位置優(yōu)越，地貌豐富多樣，資源豐沛，是中華民族及華夏文明的重要發(fā)祥地之一，有周、秦、漢、唐等10多個政權或朝代在此建都，留下了無數(shù)歷史文化遺產(chǎn)。黃帝陵、兵馬俑、延安寶塔山、秦嶺、華山等是中華文明、中國革命、中華地理的精神標識和自然標識，“看五千年中國到陜西”，是人們對陜西悠久歷史和厚重文化的形象描述。

Boasting advantageous location, varied landforms, and rich resources, Shaanxi is an important cradle of the Chinese nation and culture. Over 10 powers and dynasties established their capitals in Shaanxi，including the Zhou, the Qin, the Han, and the Tang Dynasties, leaving behind them countless historical and cultural relics. The Mausoleum of the Yellow Emperor，the Terracotta Warriors and Horses, Yan'an Pagoda, the Qinling Mountain Range, and Mount Hua are the spiritual and natural symbols of the Chinese civilization, the Chinese revolution, and the Chinese geography.
