第三節 超聲設備的檢驗標準
一、超聲設備的國際標準化組織
國際標準化組織(ISO)、國際電工委員會(IEC)和國際電信聯盟(ITU)是世界三大知名的國際標準化組織,它們以及其他國際性標準化組織確認并公布的標準稱為國際標準。其中,IEC是醫用電氣領域最重要的標準化組織之一,主要負責起草和發布電工、電子和相關技術領域的國際標準。[1-8]
IEC負責醫用超聲設備相關標準化工作的部門是超聲波技術委員會(編號IEC/TC87)。其主要負責制定與超聲波領域相關的設備和系統的特性、測量方法、安全和規范等標準,提供了與醫用超聲設備相關的IS(國際標準)、TS(技術條件)和TR(技術報告),涉及術語和定義、測量方法步驟、測量手段技術要求、產品技術要求等。[1-9]
醫用超聲設備相關現行國際標準主要有:
(1)IEC 60601-2-5:2009 Medical eletrical equipment—Part 2-5:Particular require-ments for the basic safety and essential performance of ultrasonic physiotherapy equipment;
(2)IEC 60601-2-37:2007+AMD1:2015 Medical electrical equipment—Part 2-37:Particular requirements for the basic safety and essential performance of ultrasonic medical diag-nostic and monitoring equipment;
(3)IEC 60601-2-62:2013 Medical electrical equipment—Part 2-62:Particular re-quirements for the basic safety and essential performance of high intensity therapeutic ultrasound (HITU)equipment;
(4)IEC 61161:2013 Ultrasonics—Power measurement-Radiation force balances and per-formance requirements;
(5)IEC 61266:1994 Ultrasonics—Hand-held probe Doppler foetal heartbeat detectors—Performance requirements and methods of measurement and reporting;
(6)IEC 61391-1:2006+AMD1:2017 Ultrasonics—Pulse-echo scanners—Part 1:Techniques for calibrating spatial measurement systems and measurement of point-spread function response;
(7)IEC 61391-2:2010 Ultrasonics—Pulse-echo scanners—Part 2: Measurement of maximum depth of penetration and local dynamic range;
(8)IEC 61685:2001 Ultrasonics—Flow measurement systems—Flow test object;
(9)IEC 61689:2022 Ultrasonics—Physiotherapy systems—Field specifications and meth-ods of measurement in the frequency range 0,5 MHz to 5 MHz;
(10)IEC 62127-1:2022 Ultrasonics—Hydrophones—Part 1:Measurement and charac-terization of medical ultrasonic fields;
