Pat在北京的一個(gè)外教朋友經(jīng)常向Pat這樣“吐槽”（complained），“My students really like to overuse the word‘moreover’. But we hardly ever use it in conversation（談話的時(shí)候幾乎從來不用）！”

事實(shí)上，moreover雖然確實(shí)可以在正式的英語學(xué)術(shù)寫作里使用，但是在國外的日常生活當(dāng)中，卻幾乎沒有任何一個(gè)native speaker會(huì)在說話的時(shí)候用moreover，因?yàn)楹芏嗳擞X得在說話時(shí)用這個(gè)詞會(huì)聽起來很pompous（浮夸）。
