Creating a MID Server role

Download the MID Server installation:

1. Log on to your server where you intend to install the MID Server.
2. Open the supported browser and log on to the ServiceNow instance, which is usually the developer instance.
3. Log on to the ServiceNow instance with your credentials.
4. On the remote Windows server navigate to MID Server | Downloads:

In this example, we will go ahead and download the 32 bit version. Now right-click on Windows and right-click on 32 bit and then download to the server or the local machine where you are going to install the MID Server.
