4.2 Thermodynamic System and Installation Scheme
4.2.1 The thermodynamic system shall be determined by the temperature and quantity of waste gas,and shall maximize the utilization ratio of waste heat.
4.2.2 Steam parameters of waste heat boiler shall be determined by the waste gas temperature and air flow volume,and parameters of thermodynamic system shall be determined by the factors,such as waste heat condition,turbine internal efficiency,etc..
4.2.3 One steam turbine unit may be used when utilizing waste heat of 2 cement production lines in the same plant.When the steam produced by the waste heat boiler of cement kiln with lower production is less than 30%of rated feed steam of the unit,2 steam turbine units should be used.2 or more steam turbine units should be used when utilizing waste heat of 3 or more cement production lines in the same plant.
