4　Waste Heat Resource,Thermodynamic System and Installed Capacity

4.1　Waste Heat Resource

4.1.1　The design of waste heat power generation system shall confirm the reasonable quantity of waste heat resource in accordance with the requirement of cement production technology and the principle of waste heat gradient utilization.

4.1.2　The thermal condition calibration of cement production line and calculation method of waste heat resources shall meet the relevant requirements of the current national standards Measuring methods of heat balance of cement rotary kiln GB/T 26282 and Methods for the calculation heat balance,heat efficiency and comprehensive energy consumption of cement rotary kiln GB/T 26281.
