This code was revised by China Power Engineering Consulting Group Corporation and entities concerned in response to the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Preparation and Revision Plan of National Standards for Engineering Construction 2006（the second batch）（JB［2006］No.136）issued by the former Ministry of Construction.Before the code is finalized after review,the drafting team has get through with the processes including preparing the outlines,reviewing the outlines,preparing the investigation reports,preparing the code draft for comments,seeking public opinions and preparing draft for approval.

Articles in bold in this code are compulsory and must be observed strictly.
