6.7　Arrangement of Flue Gas Denitration Facilities

6.7.1　The flue gas denitration facilities shall be arranged according to the following requirements:

1　The selective catalytic reduction（hereinafter referred to as SCR）should be arranged between economizer and air preheater.

2　The supports of SCR should be integrated with boiler framework to form a monolithic structure.

3　When it is required to reserve space for SCR,the space for SCR and its inlet and outlet flue ducts shall be reserved by fully taking into consideration the boiler framework and behind boiler arrangement and allowing for various resultant loads in relevant design.

4　The arrangement of non-selective catalytic reduction denitration reaction system and that of boiler shall be designed from an overall view.

6.7.2　The ammonia dilution system and urea decomposition system should be arranged close to denitration reactor.
