6.5　Installation of Narrow Lap Welder

6.5.1　It is suitable to adopt the special tool to hoist the narrow lap welder，and when hoisting it，it is necessary to protect the pipeline and electric element on the equipment.

6.5.2　When adjusting the elevation and levelness，the upper surface of rail should be taken as the datum point.

6.5.3　The elevation of guide plate table should be 15mm-20mm lower than the passing-through line of strip.

6.5.4　When adjusting the longitudinal central line，the central line of base should be taken as the datum point.

6.5.5　When adjusting the lateral central line，the central line of movable frame should be taken as the datum point.
