1　General Provisions

1.0.1　This code is formulated with a view to strengthen the technical management in the construction of turbo-generator projects and further improve project quality.

1.0.2　This part of DL 5190 is applicable to the construction of turbo-generator units in fossil fuel power plants，gas and steam combined cycle turbo-generator units，turbo-generator units in nuclear power plants and their auxiliary equipment and accessory machinery.

1.0.3　The construction of turbo-generator units must be based on the approved technical documents of design and equipment manufacturers，when modification or change is required，relevant certificate documents shall be issued by the design organization or equipment manufacturer and relevant examination and approval formalities shall be handled.For the civil works of a power plant，in addition to the provision in"Technical specification for thermal power erection and construction Part 1:Civil works"DL 5190.1，the relevant provisions in this part shall be implemented for special requirements.

1.0.4　In the construction of turbo-generator units，the requirements in equipment ordering contracts，technical agreements and valid technical documents of manufacturers shall be implemented，and the provisions in this part shall be implemented if there is no clear requirement or the requirements are not complete in contracts and agreements or by the manufacturers.

1.0.5　For the construction of turbo-generator units，in addition to this part，the provisions in current relevant national or professional standards shall also be implemented.
