6.13　Sealing Slide and Sealing Plate

6.13.1　Installation of sealing slide Figure 6.13.1 shall be based on the rail of sinter equipment，the tolerance of which shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1　The elevation of sealing slide shall be adjusted，and checked by level and ruler with tolerance of±1.0mm；

2　The height differential between the corresponding points（a，a′）of two slides shall be adjusted，and checked by specific template rod and ruler with tolerance of±1.0mm；

3　The symmetrical longitudinal centerline of two slides shall be adjusted，and checked by wire/thread and ruler with tolerance of 2.0mm；

4　The transversal centerline shall be adjusted，and checked by wire/thread and ruler with tolerance of 2.0mm；

5　The center distance of slides shall be adjusted，and checked by wire/thread and ruler with tolerance of 2.0mm.

6.13.2　Countersunk-headed screw of sealing slide shall be lower than the sliding surface of the slide.

6.13.3　The preset thermal expansion gap for seal slide shall be in accordance with the design document.

6.13.4　The plate movable sealing plate shall be installed as follows:

1　The longitudinal centerline shall be adjusted，and checked by wire/thread and ruler with tolerance of 2.0mm；

2　The transversal centerline shall be adjusted，and checked by wire/thread and ruler with tolerance of 2.0mm；

3　Gap between top surface of sealing plate and bottom surface of trolley of sintering equipment shall be adjusted，and checked by straight edge and ruler with tolerance of（2.0-3.0）mm.

6.13.5　Weight of counterbalance of plate movable sealing plate shall be adjusted until the upper part of sealing plate can move easily under specified load.Top surface of sealing plate shall be lower than the bottom surface of trolley，gap between two surface shall be（1.0-3.0）mm.
