1　General Provisions

1.0.1　In order to strengthen the management of installation quality of steel-making mechanical equipment，unify the standard for the acceptance of engineering installation quality and ensure the engineering quality，this Code is hereby established.

1.0.2　The Code shall be applicable to the engineering installation quality acceptance of converter，electric arc furnace，secondary refining equipment，continuous steel-casting mechanical equipment and auxiliary steel-making mechanical equipment，etc.

1.0.3　The requirement for installation quality in the engineering technical documents and the contract to be applied during the installation of steel-making mechanical equipment shall not be lower than that in this Code.

1.0.4　During the installation quality acceptance of steel-making mechanical equipment，not only the regulations of this Code but also those of the related current national standards shall be complied with.
