1　Scope

This part of DL/T 5210 specifies the construction quality acceptance standard of water treatment and hydrogen generation equipment and system of thermal power project and the relevant requirements for individual project quality evaluation，single unit quality evaluation and overall project quality evaluation.

This part is applicable to the construction quality acceptance and project quality evaluation of water treatment and hydrogen generation equipment and system of the construction，extension and renovation thermal power projects with single unit capacity of 300MW～1000MW class.The construction quality acceptance and project quality evaluation of thermal power project with capacity below 300MW and conventional island of nuclear power station，BOP water treatment and hydrogen generation equipment and system may refer to this part.
