4.2　Materials

4.2.1　The construction company shall prepare material procurement plan and material requirements plan and submit to material department.

4.2.2　Material check and inspection shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1　When materials are delivered to the site，check if material type，specification and quantity shall meet the requirements of technical design document；check if materials are provided with quality qualification certificate，and material inspection records shall be filled in.

2　Unqualified materials and standard parts shall be prohibited from use and removed from the site promptly.

4.2.3　Raw materials delivered to the job site shall be stored according to their specifications and classifications，and proper safekeeping measures shall be taken to prevent from any damage.Hydraulic and lubricating material shall not be polluted for the second time.

4.2.4　When materials are delivered to the site，materials shall be neatly stacked in warehouse and storage account shall be established timely；furthermore，special personnel shall be assigned for materials management，receipt and distribution.

4.2.5　Sampling and recheck shall be done timely in accordance with relevant requirements after raw material delivered to the job site.
