Jack: Mary, today a man from an intermediary gave me a call.
杰克：瑪麗，今天有個中介機構的人給我打電話了。
Mary: What did he say?

職介機構，也就是大家所說的職業(yè)介紹機構，是專門為求職者和用人單位提供就業(yè)指導與服務的一種組織機構。求職者和用人單位可以將求職信息和招聘信息在職介機構進行登記，職介機構會在中間起到橋梁的作用，作為雙方的溝通交流平臺。
Jack: It's a recruiting agency which specializes in introducing talented people to companies and businesses.
杰克：是一家代理招聘的機構，專門為公司企業(yè)招聘人才的。
Mary: What job did he recommend to you?
瑪麗：他給你推薦的是什么工作？
Jack: It's on telemarketing.

職業(yè)介紹機構可分為非盈利性機構和盈利性機構。非盈利性機構通常是公共性質(zhì)的機構，由政府勞動部門組織組建，為廣大求職者和用人單位提供公益性的服務，并且使用全國統(tǒng)一的標識。
