業務句型解說

?與上個單元的why is that?不同，本單元的May I ask why?真的是在詢問買主的理由。有些人說話直，特別是講外語的時候，很容易就大聲說Why?（為什么？）在買賣的場合，這是很莽撞無禮的，切記要用May I ask why?（我可以問原因嗎？）語氣要很客氣。
