?I promise.“我答應……”，英語的promise這個詞不能用得隨便、無節制。promise這個詞帶有“承諾”“應許”的含意。君子一諾千金，promise不辦到是信用破產。那有沒有好的替代詞，叫對方安心而又沒有承諾意思的英語呢？當然有。當客戶提出要求時，你可以回答I wiII make you happy.Let me see what I can do.（我會讓您滿意。讓我看看，我還能在哪方面幫您一點忙！）。

?out of Ioop是美國商業會話中常用的俗話，Ioop原意是“繩套”，out of Ioop指“不在繩套”內，引申的意思就是“沒有參與權”，或“被排除在決策圈外”。
