A: Nice to meet you, Mr. Black.
B: Nice to meet you, too. Now shall we get down to business?
A: OK. May I make a brief introduction to our publishing house's activities? I believe that you have received a brochure outlining the history and products of our company. Here is our most recent annual report.
B: It seems your sales have been growing quite steadily over the past three years.
A: Next I would like to move on to the introduction of our publishing house. Our press has three departments that publish periodicals, books, and brochures. We believe the cooperation with you has a very good development prospects. Are you interested in it?
B: We are always interested in expanding our business, especially in new areas. But may I ask why you selected us as your possible partner?
A: We made some studies and came to the conclusion that you are the first candidate as our partner.
B: It is our great honor. Thank you so much.
