國(guó)會(huì)不準(zhǔn)制定有關(guān)下列事項(xiàng)的法律，即確立一種宗教或禁止信仰自由；限制言論自由或出版自由；或限制人民和平集會(huì)的權(quán)利以及向政府請(qǐng)?jiān)傅臋?quán)利。

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition to the Govenment for a redress of grievances.
