With the rapid development of society,people are increasingly aware of the significance of innovation,which refers to being creative and unique.As a matter of fact,it is just innovation that turns the world into what it is like today.

The ability to innovate is so crucial that it really makes a difference for our society and individuals.For one thing,innovation provides a key to economic development,improving the inner competitiveness of the nation.There is no doubt that innovation is to an enterprise what water is to fish.For another,we,as individuals,should also attach great importance to innovation as innovative spirit enables one to catch opportunities that others aren't aware of,making one more qualified for career promotion and cope better with challenges in the future.

In view of the importance of innovation,it is essential that we should take proper and feasible measures to cultivate this precious spirit.First and foremost,the authorities concerned should establish favorable laws and effective policies to encourage innovation.Besides,schools and universities should place a high value on the cultivation of students' innovative competence.Last but not least,individuals should try to equip themselves with the life-long rewarding quality.

隨著社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展，人們?cè)絹碓揭庾R(shí)到創(chuàng)新的重要性。創(chuàng)新精神指的是富有創(chuàng)造力，獨(dú)樹一幟。事實(shí)上，正是創(chuàng)新改變了世界，使其呈現(xiàn)出如今的面貌。

創(chuàng)新能力如此重要，以至于它對(duì)我們的社會(huì)和個(gè)人產(chǎn)生了重大影響。一方面，創(chuàng)新是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵所在，提升了國(guó)家的內(nèi)在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。毋庸置疑，創(chuàng)新對(duì)于企業(yè)而言就如同水對(duì)魚那般重要。另一方面，作為個(gè)人，我們同樣應(yīng)該高度重視創(chuàng)新，因?yàn)閯?chuàng)新精神能使一個(gè)人抓住別人意識(shí)不到的機(jī)會(huì)，從而更有資格獲得職位晉升，更好地應(yīng)對(duì)未來的挑戰(zhàn)。
