As a result of the rapid development of information technology,people nowadays can have easy access to the high-speed Internet,opening a door toward a virtual world which actually has exerted a great influence on the way people live and communicate.

There is no denying that the Internet has become an indispensable part of people's daily life,bringing them unprecedented experience and recreations.However,when people spend more and more time in the virtual world,they are prone to be addicted to it,wasting their time,isolating themselves from the real world and becoming indifferent to people and things around.What they face every day is an environment lack of emotions and real human interest,which is apparently detrimental to physical and moral integrity.As we know,it is interpersonal interaction and face-to-face communication that make us human,so it is crucial to draw a distinction between the virtual world and the real one.

To sum up,it is high time we paid due attention to the adverse trend that people are increasingly obsessed with the virtual world.Do keep in mind that we take advantage of technologies to make our life better,instead of being reduced to a slave of them.

由于信息技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展，如今的人們可以很容易地連接上高速的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)，從而打開通往虛擬世界的大門，而這事實上對人們的生活和交流方式產(chǎn)生了巨大的影響。

不可否認的是，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)已經(jīng)成為人們?nèi)粘Ｉ畈豢苫蛉钡囊徊糠郑o人們帶來了前所未有的體驗和娛樂消遣。然而，當(dāng)人們把越來越多的時間耗費在虛擬世界時，他們?nèi)菀壮撩云渲袩o法自拔，造成時間的浪費，與真實世界隔絕，對周圍的人和事物變得冷漠。每天面對的是一個缺乏情感和真正人情味的環(huán)境，這顯然對身心健康不利。我們知道，正是人際交往和面對面的交流使我們具有人情味，所以把虛擬世界和真實世界區(qū)分開是極其重要的。
