Basic Dimensions of PLA Political Culture Reconstruction in the View of Governance

Abstract: There are four basic dimensions to explore the reconstruction of military political culture in the view of governance: first, to cultivate servicemen's political recognition by the ideology with more practice and more affinity; second, to foster servicemen's moral recognition by professionalism with more military activity character; third, to strengthen the servicemen's discipline recognition by the modern law system; and to activate servicemen's emotional recognition by the collective relation with humanity.
