本書為中華人民共和國電力行業標準,由住房城鄉建設部組織翻譯的英文版,用于對外交流和國內對外的合作。中文版已于2009年出版。本部分是根據國家發展改革委員會《關于下達2008年行業標準項目計劃的通知》(發改辦工業〔2008〕1242號)文的要求制定的。本部分在起草過程中,參考了原電力工業部建設協調司頒發的《火電施工質量檢驗及評定標準》(鍋爐篇)(建質〔1996〕111號)的內容。本部分與原電力工業部建設協調司頒發的《火電施工質量檢驗及評定標準》(鍋爐篇)(建質〔1996〕111號)比較,體現了“驗評分離、強化驗收、完善手段、過程控制”的原則,強化了質量驗收管理。
