作者簡介

張曉晶，中國社會科學院經(jīng)濟學部研究員、副局級學術(shù)秘書，中國社會科學院研究生院教授、博導；中國宏觀經(jīng)濟運行與政策模擬實驗室首席專家。主要研究領(lǐng)域為開放經(jīng)濟宏觀經(jīng)濟學、增長理論與發(fā)展經(jīng)濟學。曾赴斯德哥爾摩經(jīng)濟學院、哈佛大學與美國國家經(jīng)濟研究局、國際貨幣基金組織從事訪問研究。參與國家“十一五”、“十二五”和“十三五”規(guī)劃的研究咨詢工作，出版專著十余部，發(fā)表論文百余篇，曾獲得兩次“孫冶方經(jīng)濟科學獎”和一次“中國圖書獎”。

Xiaojing Zhang, is a Professor of Economics and the General O fice Director, Academic Division of Economics, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences（CASS）. He is the Chief Expert of State Policy-Making Consulting Program sponsored by China's National Social Sciences Fund. His e rsearch n iterests are open economy macroeconomics, economic growth and development economics. He was a Visiting Scholar at the International Monetary Fund in 2009; a Visiting Professor at Harvard University and National Bureau of Economic Research（NBER）in 2006-2007; and a Visiting Felow at Stockholm School of Economics, from 1999-2000. He's also been playing a very active role in the research and consulting work for the national 1th Five-year Plan, 12th Five-year Plan and 13th Five-year Plan. As an author of several books and papers, Prof. Zhang is also the recipient of prestigious awards such as the SUN Yefang Economics Prize（Top Economics Award in China）for 2005 and 2007, and also the National Book Award of China in 2002.

常欣，2001年畢業(yè)于中國人民大學，獲經(jīng)濟學博士學位。現(xiàn)任中國社會科學院經(jīng)濟研究所宏觀經(jīng)濟研究室主任，研究員。主要研究方向為宏觀經(jīng)濟、公共經(jīng)濟、制度經(jīng)濟。2004年8月至2005年8月赴美國耶魯大學經(jīng)濟系經(jīng)濟增長中心進行訪問研究。出版《規(guī)模型競爭論——中國基礎(chǔ)部門競爭問題》和《增長動力轉(zhuǎn)換論——基于中國需求面的體制視角研究》兩部專著。在《經(jīng)濟研究》《經(jīng)濟學動態(tài)》《中國工業(yè)經(jīng)濟》等經(jīng)濟學重要刊物上發(fā)表學術(shù)論文二十余篇。主特或參與國家社科基金課題和中國社會科學院課題十余項。

Xin Chang, Ph.D. in economics from Renmin University of China in 2001, works as senior research felow and Director at the Department of Macroeconomics in the Institute of Economics Studies, CASS. Her research interests are macroeconomics, public economics and institutional economics. She was a Visiting Scholar in the Economic Growth Center of the Economics Department of Yale University from Aug. 2004 to Aug. 2005. She has published On Scale-typed Competition—A Study on the Issue of Competition in China's infrastructure Sector, and On the Transformation of Growth Motivational Factors for China's Economy—From the Demand Side and the Institutional Perspective, and more than 20 academic papers in important economics journals like Economic Research Journal, Economic Perspectives and China Industrial Economics. She hosted and participated in more than 10 projects sponsored by National Social Sciences Fund and Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
