作者簡介

李林，法學博士，中國社會科學院學部委員、法學研究所所長、研究員，兼任中國法學會副會長，中國法學會學術委員會副主任，中國法理學研究會常務副會長等。主要研究領域：法理學、憲法學、法治與人權理論。出版論著《法制的理念與行為》《法制建設與政治體制改革》《立法理論與制度》《走向人權的探索》《依法治國與法律體系構建》《依法治國與深化司法體制改革》等40余部，發表論文190余篇，提交法治咨詢報告100余篇。

Li Lin, Doctor of Laws, academician of CASS, director and researcher of the Institute of Law of CASS, vice president of China Law Society, vice director of the academic board of China Law Society, executive vice president of the China Jurisprudence Research Association, etc. Li's main research fields are jurisprudence, constitution, rule of law and the theory of human rights. His main works include Ideas and Act of Legal System, Legal System Construction and Political System Reform, Theory and Institutions of Legislation, Exploration of Human Rights, Lawbased Governance of China and Construction of Legal System, Lawbased Governance of China and Deepening Judicial System Reform and so on.
