One day Bunny saw a big red apple in a tree.It looked good to eat and Bunny was hungry.Mother had told Bunny never to go into the forest alone,but Bunny was not a good listener.
The apple was up high.Bunny jumped,but she only had short,baby bunny legs and couldn't reach it."I will close my eyes and wish the apple to fall,"thought Bunny.Bunny was good at closing her eyes.
A big wind blew the apple off the tree with a loud sound-Crash!
Bunny dashed.She wanted to dash home,but she was not good at finding her way.
Bunny was frightened and wanted to hop home to Bunny Town,but she went the wrong way.She hopped down the road with a sign that read Elsewhere.Bunny was not a good reader.
Bunny saw fat Frog on the road.She thought he looked funny and she laughed.Bunny was good at laughing at others.Frog told Bunny there was nothing to laugh about.
Frog showed Bunny a big rain storm that was coming.Frog wanted to know how such a big wind had come to Elsewhere.Bunny didn't tell Frog she had wished for the wind and it had followed her to Elsewhere.Bunny was good at keeping secrets.
Suddenly there was an even bigger wind than the one that had blown the apple off the tree.
The wind was very strong.It was a Gale!
