完善中醫藥發展政策的現狀分析

【摘要】黨的十八大以來，以習近平同志為核心的黨中央把中醫藥擺在更加突出的位置，把傳承創新發展中醫藥作為新時代中國特色社會主義事業的重要內容和中華民族偉大復興的大事，作出一系列重大決策部署，政策出臺之密、規格之高、力度之大、反響之好前所未有，加強頂層設計，推進深化改革，強化多方統籌，發揮特色優勢，基本建立起適合中醫藥發展的政策體系。

【ABSTRACT】Since the 18th CPC National Congress，the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has given greater priority to traditional Chinese medicine，and made a series of major decisions and arrangements.Policies with high specifications，great strengths and good responses have been frequently issued like never before.By strengthening top-level design，promoting and deepening reform，a policy system suitable for the development of traditional Chinese Medicine has been basically established.

黨的十八大以來，以習近平同志為核心的黨中央把中醫藥工作擺在更加突出的位置，作為新時代中國特色社會主義事業的重要內容和中華民族偉大復興的大事，作出一系列重大決策部署，引領中醫藥振興發展迎來天時、地利、人和的大好時機。中醫藥發展取得歷史性成就、發生全局性變化，中醫藥為維護人民群眾健康和促進經濟社會發展作出了重要貢獻。

習近平總書記對中醫藥工作高度重視和親切關懷，作出一系列重要指示批示，深刻回答了“為什么要發展中醫藥”“發展什么樣的中醫藥”“怎樣發展中醫藥”等一系列重大理論和實踐問題，把我們黨對中醫藥工作的規律性認識提升到一個新的高度，為傳承創新發展中醫藥指明前進方向、提供根本遵循、擘畫宏偉藍圖。
