FOLFIRI方案為晚期胃及胃食管結合部腺癌患者的一線可選擇化療方案。該研究證據(jù)來源French intergroup研究，該研究是一項在法國71家中心進行前瞻性開放性隨機Ⅲ期臨床研究。旨在比較晚期胃癌ECX和FOLFIRI一線化療的療效安全性。結果顯示：FOLFIRI方案在晚期胃癌一線化療中較EOX方案TTF顯著延長，PFS和OS無顯著差異，安全性更好，2015年NCCN將其更新為Ⅰ類推薦。
