第三章 腎囊性病變
腎臟囊性病變?cè)谟跋駥W(xué)上被定義為病灶內(nèi)全部被液體填充,或病灶大部分被液體填充,囊性成分占病變組織的一半以上。以往此類疾患由于體積較小常無(wú)明顯癥狀,不易引起患者及醫(yī)生注意而不被發(fā)現(xiàn)。隨著超聲、CT及MRI廣泛應(yīng)用,診斷出這類病變的病例明顯增多。其中,以腎單純囊腫最為常見(jiàn),其次為多囊腎病,再次為較少見(jiàn)的囊性腎疾患,約6%無(wú)癥狀腎囊性腫物為囊性腎癌。腎臟良性囊性腫物表現(xiàn)各異,通過(guò)影像學(xué)診斷腎臟囊性病變難度較大,但掌握不同病變病理生理學(xué)特征,借助超聲、CT、MRI多平面重組及增強(qiáng)檢查,可為多種病變的鑒別診斷提供依據(jù)。本章將介紹大多數(shù)腎臟先天和后天的囊性病變,而將感染性囊性病變、腎盂腎盞憩室和囊性腎癌歸類于本書(shū)相應(yīng)章節(jié)內(nèi)描述。
