石家莊市在深入挖掘和充分依托深厚文化資源底蘊的基礎上，結合時代要求繼承創新，實施了一系列文化傳承工程和項目，推動了中華優秀傳統文化和石家莊地域文化創造性轉化、創新性發展，使中華優秀傳統文化的生命力和影響力不斷提高，城市的文化軟實力和競爭力顯著提升，為建設現代省會、經濟強市提供強有力的文化支撐和精神動力。

Shijiazhuang City has carried out a series of cultural inheritance initiatives and projects based on the fully utilizing its deep cultural resources, while inheriting and innovating according to the requirements of the times, pushing a creative transformation and innovative development of the traditional and local culture.
