4.5　Interconnectivity with Other Networks

4.5.1　Interconnectivity between CS domains shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1　When intra-connectivity to other service networks of the same telecommunications operator exists，the gateway exchange of each local network shall connect directly with the nearby gateway exchanges of other service networks of the same operator.

2　When inter-connectivity to networks of other telecommunications operator exists，the gateway exchange of each local network shall connect directly with the gateway exchanges of other operators.
