Foreword

This code is developed by Sinopec Luoyang Engineering Co.，Ltd.in cooperation with other involved organizations based on the requirements of Document JIANBIAO〔2009〕No.88 issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development-Notice on Printing the Development and Revision Plan of National Engineering Construction Standards in 2009.

This code is prepared，reviewed and finalized by the development team based on wide and extensive investigations and studies，summarized practices，requested comments as well as references to the international codes and advanced foreign experience.

This code comprises 7 chapters and 2 appendixes，and mainly includes General Provisions，Terms，Basic Requirements，Classification of Pollution Prevention Area，Design，Materials，Construction and Quality Inspection.
