1 General Provisions

1.0.1 This standard is prepared with the purpose to specify the design of waste heat power generation in cement plant and to ensure security and reliability,advanced technology and reduced energy consumption.

1.0.2 This standard is applicable to the design of waste heat power generation engineering for new construction,renovation,extension of new dry cement production line.

1.0.3 The design of waste heat power generation in cement production line shall meet the relevant requirements of the national industrial policies and current national standards Code for design of cement plant GB 50295 and Code for design of energy conservation of cement plant GB 50443.

1.0.4 In case the project of waste heat power generation includes cogeneration,the design of relevant parts shall meet the relevant requirements of the current national standard Code for design of small fossil fired power plant GB 50049.

1.0.5 The design of environmental protection,labor safety and occupational health for the waste heat power generation in cement plant shall meet the relevant requirements of the current national standards Code for design of environmental protection of cement plant GB 50558 and Code for design of safety and health of cement plant GB 50577.

1.0.6 In addition to the requirements stipulated in this standard,the design of the waste heat power generation in cement plant shall comply with those stipulated in the current relevant standards of the nation.
