What you need for this book

This book was written against the 1.0.4 version of Elixir, but the code should be compatible with the latest version of Elixir, 1.1.1 (as of this writing).

There are, otherwise, no special requirements, even for the distributed chapter. All the code can be executed on a single computer with Elixir installed.
